Breck has excellent test weight and lower polyphenol oxidase (PPO), providing opportunities in the Asian noodle market. Breck also offers very good yield, sprouting tolerance and very good resistance to stripe rust.
Breck is an open market hard white variety that is included in the Ardent Mills Ultragrain Program. Beck can be sold into other mills and markets.
